Investment Objective

The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the performance of the S&P 500 « Equal Weight Index Telecommunication Services & Utilities Total Return. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 90% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the equity securities included in the underlying index. The underlying index is an unmanaged equal weighted version of the S&P 500 « Utilities Index that consists of common stocks of companies that comprise the Utilities Sector and Telecommunication Services Sector of the S&P 500  « Index. It is non-diversified.
