Investment Objective

The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally- before fees and expenses- to the performance of the S&P 500 Financials Sector Revenue-Weighted Index (the "underlying index"). The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets- plus any borrowings for investment purposes- in financials companies included in the underlying index. The underlying index is constructed by using a rules-based methodology that re-weights the constituent securities of the S&P 500-« Financials Index (the "parent index") according to the revenue earned by the companies in the parent index. The fund is non-diversified.
