Investment Objective

The investment seeks to track the investment results of a broad-based index composed of Philippine equities. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI Philippines Investable Market Index (IMI) (the "underlying index"), which is a free float-adjusted market capitalization-weighted index designed to measure the performance of the Philippine equity markets. It generally invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The fund is non-diversified.
